RJW Consultants was started in early 2007 to provide proposal and marine consulting.  Since then, we have grown in a number of areas including Management Consulting and Career Consulting.  The RJW Consultants Team is composed of experienced professionals who bring their skills and experience to solve widely diverse problems ranging from IT network management, to naval vessel construction cost estimate, system engineering and career development services.

Our personnel are graduates of SUNY Maritime College, United States Merchant Marine Academy, College of William & Mary, University of California Irvine, and Georgetown University.

Our personnel have been licensed merchant mariners, certified program managers, naval flight officers and certified Myer-Briggs Type Indicator
